We can be contacted directly during normal office hours Monday to Friday if you have any issues or problems to discuss. A 24 hour emergency service is also available outside of these times. The advantage of dealing direct with the landlord is that you get an answer immediately to any issues you may have.

We are on hand to show Newcastle students round any of our student properties and if requested provide transport to & from the property. We will also give you the opportunity to speak to our current tenants in private and ask any questions you might have.

We provide you with a detailed inventory of 100+ digital photos of your property the day you move in for you to check and agree at the commencement of the tenancy. The check-out at the end of the tenancy is done professionally and once agreed with yourself your deposit bond is returned within 14 days after the official check out date.

All tenants security deposit monies held are registered with The Deposit Protection Service and are handled under the terms of the Tenancy Deposit scheme. Full details of this are provided to tenants on the securing of a property.

All our managed student properties comply with Newcastle city council Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) licensing regulations.

We check and ensure each student property complies with up to date legislation such as The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations, Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations and Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations.

All our student properties are cleaned to a professional standard before a tenant moves in. We expect you to be able to move in straight away to a lovely, clean house. Unlike with other landlords/letting agents, your first job when moving in won't be having to clean everywhere! We also re-decorate all our student properties on an annual basis, as required between each tenancy.
